Lesley Ann Brandt, born December 2, 1981, is a model and an actor that has been a part of a number of TV shows as well as films. After beginning her acting career by appearing on her role on the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity Brandt's American debut was with her first role as Naevia in the historical drama Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress has appeared on a lot of television shows during the last decade including Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies, and The Librarians. From the year 2016 Brandt has been playing the role of Mazikeen in the series of urban fantasy Lucifer starring Tom Ellis Lauren German and Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was lived in Cape Town South Africa and later immigrated into Auckland New Zealand with her family when she was in her teens. She began her career as a model by appearing in print advertisements and commercials. She worked as an IT recruitment consultant as well as in retail, before becoming famous as a fashion model. In 2009, she landed her debut role as Leilani in the New Zealand comedy Diplomatic Immunity. In 2021 she appeared in Spartacus Blood and Sand as an unnamed young slave girl named Naevia. Additionally, she reprised the Naevia character in the prequel Miniseries Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker co-starred in three TV series: Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (1010) and Legend of the Seeker 2008 together with her. She began playing Mazikeen, a demon who hunts for bounty in Netflix's top show Lucifer. It is her largest role up to now. On the show she co-stars alongside Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro and D. B. Woodside.
